Fazenda Santa Ines Coffee
$50,- per 500 grams

This coffee comes from Minas Gerais in Brazil. It is produced on the Fazenda Santa Ines farm in a traditional matter. There are no automated processes involved. It's great taste is characterised by the sweetness of caramel and berries.

Grown in the Mantiquiera mountain range in the Minas Gerais region of Brazil; produced by Francisco “Chico” Dias Pereira, a master whose coffees consistently place highly in the Cup of Excellence; roasted by Miami’s Panther Coffee, who have been providing us with exciting coffees for a few months now, this Yellow Bourbon microlot goes hard with sweet, creamy chocolate flavor, made a little more complex by notes of dark fruit and peach. The folks at Panther call Santa InĂªs the Tootsie Roll (as much because of its specific flavor notes, I would imagine, as because of the fact that it tastes so good it makes us want to dance).
